Get permission from your RVTC teacher FIRST!
Fill out a Cooperative Education Registration Form.
Fill out a Self-Assessment of your employability skills

The Parent Permission to Work Form must be completed.
Students working in an unpaid work-experience.
Students working in an unpaid work-experience.
The employer must complete the Pre-Screening Form. Approved worksites are listed on the Pre-approved Worksite List.
The Co-op Coordinator must submit the Approval Form for Unpaid Work-Experiences to the NH Department of Labor for approval.
