- Unacceptable - An employee with even ONE unacceptable mark indicates that the student’s lack of skills, knowledge, and behaviors could jeopardize future employment.
- Basic Level - An employee with basic skills demonstrates some, but not all the skills, knowledge, and behaviors needed for entry level employment in this career path. Some improvement is still needed.
- Entry Level - All employability skill standards are met. The student demonstrates all of the employability skills, knowledge, and behaviors needed for successful employment in this career path.
- Professional Level - Employability skill performance is exemplary. The student demonstrates the skills, knowledge, and behaviors needed to be promoted to the next level in the specific career path.
