Transcripts

To have your Final Transcript sent in June (about 2 weeks after school has ended and grades are all entered), fill out the Final Transcript Google Form.

To have your transcript sent please follow these instructions:

1) Fill out the Transcript Request Google Form

2) Contact (email or in person) your counselor to confirm your request was received. 

Remember that your transcript will be sent to your indicated school(s) on the next day school is in session. Please keep this in mind when requesting transcripts during school breaks or if you have a deadline.

*You should request a transcript once you have completed and submitted your application to your school(s) of choice.

 *If you need a fee waiver, that can be done with our Social Worker, Ms. Quebbeman, and sent along with transcripts.

PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 2 WEEKS FOR TRANSCRIPTS TO BE POSTED TO YOUR COLLEGE ACCOUNT.  AFTER 2 WEEKS, PLEASE CALL THE COLLEGE ADMISSIONS OFFICE TO VERIFY THEY RECEIVED THEM.
