Off Campus Credit

Students have the opportunity to earn additional elective credits outside of the school day through work credit or volunteer hours.

Work Credit: 160 hours = 0.5 credit 320 hours = 1.0 credit

Volunteer: 80 hours = 0.5 credit 160 hours = 1.0 credit

Work credit hours can only be counted during the school year. Volunteer hours can be counted all year long.

Students interested in receiving credit for employment or volunteering need to complete the off campus agreement first and return to their counselor. Starting at that point, students are responsible for keeping track of hours that they accumulate. See the attached form below.

The Racine County Workforce Solutions is an excellent resource for students who are looking for a job. They also have workshops and training geared towards teens and helping them develop the skills for the workforce.
