Initial Rosters to IC

- We will work with Information Systems to get the students rostered in IC to minimize work of building registar. Once students have access to the program we will let you know. (WMS feeder schools are already completed)
  1. - We will also work to put this in place next year to minimize IC entry.

Headphones

Are required for the assessment (we can send more if needed). Directions are updated to reflect the addition of headphones.

Headphone clarification:

Headphones are only needed if they score below 600 L on the Reading Inventory. Below 600 will then be administered a phonics inventory which is the only time they will need headphones.

Time

- You have until the end of school to complete.
- Several are reporting that it takes a little longer than 20-30 minutes to complete the test.
- This test will be on our testing calendar for February going forward.

Who will be testing?

Feeder schools for WMS, RSMS and RVMS will complete the reading inventory
- - RSMS and RVMS we will input them into IC for you and let you know when Kathie Adams has the test ready.
Feeder schools for CMS, SMS and LSMS have not yet completed their lists for screening. As such, we will not screen them as we understand the availability to plan for testing is dwindling.
- - However, as you finish with MAP and end of year activities, we can have the students ready to test provided the time is available.

TAs and proctors will log in with the username of the teacher of record in this format sosnoffmindy (without @rsdmo.org) and the password is P4ssw0rd (the 4 and 0 are numerals and the P is capital)

Students will click on the RI button to take the Inventory.

TAs or Proctors will click on SAM Web

Then double click on the student name so it turns orange, scroll in the center window to see the Lexile score.
