About Accommodations and Clevr Process
This page contains information related to entering accommodations into Clevr. During the 22-23 school year we began to enter accommodations for students with an IEP,504, receiving ELL services and others needing testing accommodations into the Clevr Form solution. This was a large undertaking and appreciate all the help with this process. As we enter 23-24 we will focus on refining consistency and processes related accommodations and supports. This page includes additional benefits as well as directions, reports and tips for supporting this process.
Benefits of Clevr Process:
This new process will have a few benefits for all students needing supports or accommodations:
All students needing support or accommodations in connection with an IEP, 504, or ELL services will be documented with the new form in one centralized place.
Accommodations and supports will transfer with the student from school to school (5th to 6th and 8th to 9th), one elementary to another etc.
The form will be updated annually with only the changes. If everything stays the same, there will be a simple way to note that nothing has changed from the prior IEP.
Accommodations and supports will be able to be automatically uploaded to the state testing site, thus reducing manual entry oversights.

DataWise Reports:
Accommodation Review Due Dates - This report will allow you to see students who need to have their form updated for the current school year by month.
Star Testing Accommodations - This report will allow you to view accommodations required for STAR testing
MAP GLA Testing Accommodations - This report will allow you to view accommodations required for MAP GLA testing
ELL-MAP GLA Testing Accommodations - This report will allow you to view accommodations, exemptions, and translators required for ELL students taking MAP GLA.
MAP Special Requests- This report provides an overview of any students needing Braille, Large Print or Paper/Pencil tests. (not including translators)
MAP Translator Requests- This report provides a list of students needing a translator as well as the translator information such as contact info. and testing dates/times.
MAP EOC Testing Accommodations - This report will allow you to view accommodations required for MAP EOC testing
WIDA Testing Accommodations - This report will allow you to view accommodations required for WIDA testing
