R-INLA code repository moved...

We have now moved the code repository from inla.googlecode.com to bitbucket.org/hrue/r-inla

The reason is simple: googlecode is shutting down in August this year, see this post

We have tried to update all links to the repo, but if you find anyone left behind, please let us know.
