Health-related fitness components
1. Cardiorespiratory Endurance-The ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to the muscles during long period of physical activity.
2. Muscular Strength- The ability of a muscle or muscles to push or pull with maximal force one time
3. Muscular Endurance-The ability of a muscle or muscles to repeat a movement many times or hold a position without rest.
4. Flexibility- The muscle's ability to move a joint through a full range of motion.
5. Body Composition- The relationship between lean tissue (muscle, bone, and organ) and body fat.
