PE 9

The focus of 9th grade physical education is Individual and Dual Activities. Along with the activity portion of class, students will also be exposed to a variety of warm-ups, exercises, and cardiovascular training. Students will be graded daily based on their participation and effort. Students can also expect homework and written tests with each unit. There will also be a Fitness Test at the end of each grading period. Also, all 9th graders will participate in the California State Physical Fitness Testing.

    • Indoor Sprints

    • Running for a set time

    • Running for a set distance

    • Interval Runs

    • Pacing
