Printers

Another resource that we have available in the Library for use by all students and staff are 4 multifunction printers. All 4 printers can print, photocopy and scan in colour and black and white.

Two printers are able to photocopy, print and scan in A4 and A3 size and the other 2 printers can print, copy and scan A4 size only.

The best and easiest way to access the printers is by using your student ID card, which is also your library card. All students receive a student ID card in Years 7, 9 and 11. If a student loses their ID card they are able to order a replacement card for the amount of $10. Just come and see one of our friendly library staff who can help you.

To use our printers, you must first have the correct software installed on your device, which is iPrint. At Gilroy College, students use iPads in Years 7 to 9 and Macbooks in Years 10 to 12.

Our IT Techies, who are located in H8, are happy to help if you have any issues with installing the required software.

Once you have the correct software installed, you can now print, as your device will be able to "talk" to our printers.
