Which region was more densely populated?

In what two southern states did the black population outnumber the white population?

Use information from Table 1 (1820 Population) and Table 4 (Slave population 1820)
Create a spreadsheet with the following headings:
State (make sure it was a state in 1820 not a territory)
Population in 1820
Slave Population in 1820
Sort the spreadsheet so the state with the highest population is at the top, lowest at the bottom
Highlight the States you think are Pro Slavery
How many states did you have that were pro slavery? What evidence can you provide for this?
If there was a vote in the senate to allow Missouri to come into the Union (country) what would the vote total most likely be in the Senate? House of Representatives?
