A Visual Summary of Your Coop Experience!

Create a visual display of your co-op work placement. You may include a number of different pictures, illustrations and graphics, but make sure that you complete all aspects of the checklist. Items on the Checklist include but are not limited to:

ü Name of Business or Service

ü A brief one-line description of the business or service provided

ü Your Name and Position/Title at the Placement

ü A brief one to two line description of your responsibilities

ü Pictures of you at your placement (Arrange with Mr. Milne if you need assistance in taking pictures)

ü A brief personal comment on how the placement has been of benefit to you, e.g. skills that you acquired. What have you learned during your Co-op work experience?

ü Coop Highlight, what was the best thing about doing Coop at your placement?
