Students are no longer able to print their own STARs. Before your meeting, please follow the procedure below to print their STAR.
Log into myNYIT
Click on Faculty > Faculty Center
Choose the Advisor Center tab > View Data for Other Students > Enter the information
On the next page, choose Academic Requirements from the dropdown menu.
If you do not have an Advisor Center tab, write to registrar@nyit.edu and ask to be assigned as Advisor in PeopleSoft.

There is a quick way to correct a grade error should you do that when entering them on NYIT Connect.
There is a fairly short window – not exactly sure how long – could be a day or so – between you entering them and then going back into change it.
Please see steps below:
Since your grade roster is not yet Posted, you can access it via your Faculty Center and make changes to it.
1) Change the status from Approved to Not Reviewed.
2) Make the changes to the grades.
3) Change the status back to Approved and save.
While on campus, log into myNYIT. Faculty Compensation is viewable within Tools > University Applications.
If you are trying to view from home, you'll have to view via VPN.
To set up VPN, follow the instructions in myNYIT: click on Employees > Working Remotely tile. If encountering technical issues when setting up home access, call Service Central at 516.686.1400.
When asking Castlebranch to expedite any changes to the document tracker, provide them with details of the requirement, as shown by the sample details below.
Send the email to customer service email (customerservice@castlebranch.com) and copy Raven
After that call their help line (888) 723-4263and reference the email.

Requirement Name: COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Shot
Due Date: 01/15/2022
Requirement Description:
Please submit documentation of your COVID-19 vaccination booster shot.
· Documentation must include ALL of the following for approval:
· Date(s) of vaccination
· Vaccine manufacturer
· Vaccine lot number
· Site where vaccine was administered or practitioner name
If submitting a document other than a CDC card, the state/country where vaccine was received must also be included.
