Guest Lecturer Access

1. First, “invite” the guest through the health app. They should then show the approval screen to security that day.
   How: log into myNYIT and click on the Covid-19 Health Screen tile, select “INVITE A GUEST NECESSARY TO FACILITATE OFFICIAL BUSINESS” and follow the instructions.
   

2. In addition, please complete the attached fillable Parking Permit, print it to PDF, and send it to the guest. They can show it along with the Health App screen so that they wouldn’t have to lower her window to speak to the guards. They must also put it on the dashboard when parking.
