This guide covers the most common tasks list owners do. Users must have the role of Owner to manage its LISTSERV subscribers.

Login to the UH listserv portal at https://listserv.uh.edu/cgi-bin/wa?LOGON=INDEX. If this is the first time you use the LISTSERV web interface or if you have forgotten your password, you can Register a new LISTSERV password from this screen or reset a lost password.
Select the list of your choice.
Click List Management, then List Configuration, then Edit Wizard
The wizard uses tabs to show all the settings available. Select the Administrator tab
Under the Quiet section, enter the email address of the quiet owner. Note: Quiet owners will not receive any delivery error notifications or administrative mail from the listserv (such as new subscribers).
Click Update at the bottom of the page
