Homework 1 Part 2

Deadline: Wednesday, January 18 Friday, January 20 @ 10:00pm

This assignment is designed to get you familiar with the technology and iTrust source code you will be using this semester. Some of the tutorials cover materials that were discussed in other classes and are therefore listed for your reference. If you need a refresher on a technology, we recommend that you complete the optional tutorials; however they will not be submitted for a grade.

The remaining tutorials introduce you to new technologies for this course. Complete the tutorials and submit the required materials for evaluation.

Please note that some of the tutorials show screenshots for Eclipse v. 3.5. We are now using Eclipse 4.4. Your UI will not exactly match the tutorial's pictures, but most major functionality should be available.

Required Tutorials (Individual Assignment)

1. Complete the JSP tutorial. Export your CoffeeMaker_Web project and name it CoffeeMaker_Web_unityid.zip (where unityid is your unity id). Submit jsp_answers_unityid.txt and CoffeeMaker_Web_unityid.zip to the Homework 1 Part 2 submit locker. (15 pts)

2. Complete the JDBC tutorial. Export your CoffeeMaker_WebDB project and name it CoffeeMaker_WebDB_unityid.zip (where unityid is your unity id). Submit CoffeeMaker_WebDB_unityid.zip to the Homework 1 Part 2 submit locker. (20 pts)

3. Complete the Cucumber tutorial. Export your CoffeeMaker_Cucumber project and name it CoffeeMaker_Cucumber_unityid.zip (where unityid is your unity id). Submit CoffeeMaker_Cucumber_unityid.zip to the Homework 1 Part 2 submit locker. (15 pts)
