Time allotted to each Team Goal is flexible.
It is up to the team to decide how long to spend on completing each goal and to communicate to administration through a team-created timeline the team’s plan on how and when activities will be completed.
The timeline can be done yearly, quarterly, or by semester depending on the team’s preference.
PLC time will be used to complete team goals, but other time (as directed by the team) can be allotted. This time can be before school, after school, during school, inservice, online learning.
In conjunction with the three team goals, each principal will provide teachers a list of Building Expectations (administration goal). Time to discuss, support and learn about these expectations will be allotted during staff meetings and inservice times.
