Geography Scratch Presentation
Let's continue our enthusiasm about coding by creating a Scratch Animation/Story about a Country you selected in Geography class. Below are the 10 topics that your story must have.
-2 physical features and a fact or description about each one
-3 facts about the culture of your country (it could be about languages, music, holidays, foods, clothing or traditions).
-2 important places or landmarks that would be fun for people to visit
-1 fact about what kind of weather to expect
-2 interesting facts of your choice.
Use various backgrounds to tell your story. You can also write in a question and answer conversation format using two or more characters that you will animate. For example: One character says: Do you know what the most popular foods in Japan are? And another character answers the question. You can have one character the the viewer to hit the space bar and maybe some of the food would appear.
Have fun, be creative and show off your new programming skills.
