CILT Program:

Our volunteer internship is an opportunity to gain leadership experience and practical skills through guided experiential learning. Throughout the program they receive one-on-one support from a supervising Leadership Team member (an education professional who joins us in the summer months), who coaches them on various 21st century skills. I have attached an infographic with more information on the 21st century skills that we target, all of which have been chosen with college and workplace preparation in mind.

Staff Program:

Working at Camp Kinneret is an opportunity to gain leadership experience and practical skills through guided experiential learning. Our staff members work in partnership with other counselors, activity leaders, and Leadership Team members to create memorable and positive experiences for our campers. As counselors and specialists, our staff members work with children to build the campers' confidence in their independence and courage while developing their own 21st century skills like leadership and communication. I have also attached the basic job descriptions for our staff positions so that you have an idea of what working at camp entails.
