Gibson Les Paul Studio 2016 T

The unmistakeable sound of a Les Paul, this one with 490 and 498 pickups. It also has coil split on the pickups. Purchased from Music Concept.

I replaced the tuners with Shaller locking tuners and modified the tone controls with bumblebee resistors.

I am fitting the String Butler which is a unique way of keeping the strings straight from the nut to get over d and g tuning issues all LPs have because of the 17 degree angle and split tuners in the head stock

I use GHS David Gilmour signature strings 10 to 50.

Now have Seymour Duncan whole lotta humbucker pickups and replaced tone controls with push pull 500k rewiring to Jimmy Page specification of phase invertion and parallel as well as series. In other words the guitar is now spec'd as Jimmy Page's No 1 Les Paul electronics wise.
