Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: When will the OSP be available for the 2019-2020 school year?

A: You will be able to make your OSP selections starting August 1st, 2020.

Q: When will my student receive access to subscriptions?

A: Opt-in and a la carte subscription requests will be processed starting August 15th so access will be received by the start of the school year on August 20th.

Q: How does a la carte ordering work?

A: All subscriptions will be available for purchase with instructional funds, a la carte. A la carte is available for students who want to opt-out for additional funds and want only one or a few subscriptions. A la carte is also available for students who opt-in and wish to order more than their allotted subscriptions. Each student will need to either opt-in or out through the OSP in the Enrichment Ordering System (EOS) to view the a la carte ordering area.

Q: Can my students share the subscriptions?

A: The OSP is designed to be per-student. Only one student login will be sent for each student who opts-in. One student would not be able to opt-into a single subscription multiple times to receive student logins for their siblings.

Q: Where is the OSP area located?

A: It can be located by clicking OSP on the menu on the left side of the Enrichment Ordering System (EOS).

Q: If I opt my student out and purchase subscriptions a la carte, will my student still receive the opt-out funds?

A: Yes, if your student is in Inspire's Main Program and has been opted-out they will still receive the opt-out funds on February 1st, 2020.

Q: What is the a la carte cost for each subscription?

A: A la carte pricing will only be available through the a la carte area of the OSP. Pricing will be less than the retail cost of each subscription. Please note that you will have to Opt-in and select all five subscriptions, or Opt-out before the a la carte option will appear.

Q: Why is a student email required for Adobe, Elephango, GradeSlam, Grammarly, Shmoop, and TutorMe?

A: These subscriptions must be created with the student email address provided. Elephango and Shmoop will also provide a parent account.

Q: Can I change or cancel our subscription if we change our mind or my student doesn't like it?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel a subscription after it has already been processed through the EOS. If the order is still pending, you may cancel/change the subscription.
