Q: I am having trouble logging in/I never receive my login information.
A: You can request your own password reset at https://www.mobymax.com/signin under Teacher. Click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. A password reset will be sent to you. Your student's login information is listed under Roster under the Moby Learning module.
Q: If my student had MobyMax through the 2018-2019 OSP, will their account information be saved?
A: Yes, your student's account information will rollover if you select MobyMax for the 2019-2020 school year as well.
Q: Can I add students to my roster myself under my MobyMax teacher account?
A: No, you will not be able to add students, only students who opt-into the OSP for MobyMax will receive a MobyMax student account
Q: I cannot log my student in as I do not have the school information.
A: For school, enter "Inspire Charter School" and select the one in Duarte, CA or enter the School Code of CA16805.
