Q: Can Mango Languages be approved for HS credit or as an "A-G" class?
A: In order to take any world language course for general credit, a student must show proficiency in all world language standards. Mango Languages is a wonderful supplementary option, but needs to be offered with a standardized curriculum or used alongside world language maps for college and career high school credit. Inspire does not have an "A-G" approved option for all languages, so the student will need to take the course with an approved "A-G" provider, and may use Mango Languages to supplement the course.
