Following are some of the frequently asked general questions about Inspire Charter Service's Online Subscription Package.

How much does it cost to opt-in to the Online Subscription Package?
There is no cost to opt-in; the OSP is available to all Inspire students free of charge. The OSP is another wonderful benefit to being an Inspire student.
How do I opt-in and choose my subscriptions?
For 2019-2020, families will be able to opt-in and submit their subscription preferences for each of their enrolled students online through the Inspiration Station Enrichment Ordering System (EOS). Students will be able to opt-in starting August 1, 2019.
How many subscriptions may I choose?
All students may choose 5 subscriptions to receive for free.
Note: The subscription accounts are created for each student that opts-in to the OSP. Siblings who are not opting in will not receive an account.
Do I have to opt-in for all 5 subscriptions at once?
No, you do not have to select all 5 subscriptions at once. You may opt in for 2 or 3 and then request the remaining subscriptions at a later date.
When will I receive the subscriptions once I opt-in?
Subscription login details will come directly from each of the vendors or directly from Inspire, via email.
All students who opt-in on or before August 15, 2019 can expect to start receiving their subscription login details beginning August 15, 2019.
All students who opt-in after August 15th, 2019 can expect to receive their subscription log-in details within 5-8 business days of their opt-in request being submitted.
How will I receive the subscriptions?
You will receive an email notification from the EOS with you your student’s Clever (single sign-on platform) login information when the subscriptions are processed. Clever will display the the subscriptions you’ve opted in for but the subscriptions accounts may take 24-48 to be active or accessible within Clever.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the subscription to be active through Clever. If you're having difficulty after 48 hours, please contact our OSP Team -- osp@inspireschools.org
How do I opt-out?
Opt-out preferences should be submitted through the OSP section on the Enrichment Ordering System (EOS) beginning August 1, 2019.

Note: Main Program students who start with Inspire on/before November 30, 2019 may opt-out of the OSP and receive an additional $400 in Instructional Funds in lieu of the Online Subscription Package.
The $400 opt-out funds will be added to student's accounts in the Enrichment Ordering System (EOS) on February 1, 2020 for students who opt-out. Students must submit their opt-out preference in order to receive the $400 in additional funds on February 1st.
Students enrolled in a package offering with an approved vendors are not eligible to receive the opt-out funds if they decide to opt-out. Please refer to the Vendor Package page for more information.
Students who enroll late and start with Inspire on/after December 1, 2019 are not eligible to receive the opt-out funds if they decide to opt-out.
Is there a deadline to opt-in or opt-out?
For the 2019-2020 year, there is no opt-in or opt-out deadline.
In order to receive the $400 opt-out funds on February 1, 2020, each qualifying student must have submitted their opt-out preference in the Enrichment Ordering System (EOS) prior to the fund drop. Opt-out preferences may be submitted after February 1st and eligible students will receive the opt-out funds within 24-48 hours of submitting their opt-out preference after February 1st. Opt-in preferences may not be submitted after qualifying students receive their opt-out fund drop.
Students enrolled in a vendor package with an approved vendors and Main Program students who started with Inspire on/after December 1, 2019 may continue to opt-in to the OSP to receive 5 free subscriptions through the end of April 2020.
Are the OSP subscriptions available a la carte?
Yes, all of the subscriptions will be available a la carte beginning August 1st. Students will be able to opt-out and then select a subscription(s) a la carte through the OSP area of the Enrichment Ordering System (EOS). The subscriptions will be processed starting August 15th.

Where can I find the A La Carte Prices? Why aren’t they posted online?
You will need to opt-in or opt-in in order to access the OSP A La Carte options and pricing. Since the prices will be adjusted each month and prorated for the time remaining in the subscription, the prices will only be available through the OSP Portal when you have first opted-in or out.
How long are the subscriptions good for?
All subscriptions will be valid for 1 year, from August 15, 2019 - August 14, 2020.
Exceptions: myON Reader/News with Accelerated Reader expires June 10th. Typing Agent are both active through July 31st, 2020. ABC Mouse, Adventure Academy, Beast Academy Online, and Prodigy are active for 1 full year from the date of activation.
Can my students share the subscriptions?
The OSP is designed to be per-student. Only one student login will be sent for each student who opts-in. One student would not be able to opt-into a single subscription multiple times to receive student logins for their siblings.
Do I have to purchase the same subscription twice if we want to use it for 2 kids?
Most subscriptions are individual student accounts and would require a subscription for each student that you would like to have a subscription.
The following subscriptions allow for additional users:
ABC Mouse & Adventure Academy allows up to 3 students
Kids Discover Online allows up to 5 students
Flocabulary & Education.com allows unlimited family access
Grammarly and Adobe are single accounts but can be logged in on multiple devices (Adobe has a restriction of up to 2 devices)
I want to opt-out but I still want 1 or 2 subscriptions. Can I sign up for just the subscriptions I want and still get the $400?
Yes! We’re offering all of our OSP subscriptions for individual purchase for a discounted price through the OSP A La Carte option. When you request a subscription through the OSP A La Carte you will be purchasing the subscription with your student’s Instructional Funds at the time you submit the request. You will then receive the $400 opt-out funds on February 1, 2020 if you opted-out.
The flyer or OSP Handbook says the subscription is for grades 3-8th but my 1st or 2nd grader would love this. Can we still request the subscription?
Yes! The grades provided are only recommendations; you may request a subscription regardless of the grade recommendation.
Can I cancel or change my subscriptions?
As long as the subscriptions haven't been processed you may change your preferences in the OSP Portal. However, once the subscriptions have been processed we cannot cancel or change the subscription(s).
Can I opt my student out after I have already opted-in and received my subscriptions?
No, once a student has opted-in and the subscriptions have been processed, they cannot be opted-out.
