Our Spring Into Green Bellevue celebration will culminate with Green Bellevue's 2nd Annual Great American Cleanup - a city-wide parks and streets clean up on April 30th (rain date of May 7th). We have 23 areas identifed by city staff that we are aiming to clean up!

This year we are also contributing volunteers to the labeling of Bellevue's 6,000 storm drains to protect the water stream from pollution.

In addition, we are supporting "National Take Back Day " that is also taking place on 4/30 from 10am - 2pm at the the Bellevue Shopko where you can turn in your expired, unwanted prescription and over-the-counter medications to the Bellevue Police Department for FREE - no questions asked. This nationwide event is sponsored by the DEA. All items collected will be disposed responsibly.

Schools, businesses and organizations are encouraged to organize cleanup teams, but we'll take all volunteers! If you are interested, please sign up now and indicate if there is a certain street, park, or other area you want to clean.
