5. Algebra II
Course Description:
Algebra 2 is continuation of Algebra 1, in which we will be exploring some fundamental mathematical principles and forming connections between these principles and applications in technological, economical, and artistic design. We will even see instances where natural phenomena seem to follow patterns described in this course. In this class you are expected to read and solve mathematical problems effectively and critically, use a variety of strategies such as problem solving, critical thinking, and applying your knowledge to your daily life outside of the mathematics classroom.
