The Linguistics Lab (ICC 201) can be reserved by Linguistics Department faculty members for classroom and/or research purposes. Graduate students may reserve either lab to conduct research. They must be sponsored by an individual faculty member and should notify that faculty member when they make their request. Please note that ICC 201 requires a code to open the door; email the LingLab RA (linglab@georgetown.edu) to request the access code(s).
LingLab reservation policy (effective from February 20, 2017):
1. Advanced reservations (over 48 hrs before the requested time slot):
- a lab can be reserved for a maximum of three hours per day, with
a weekly maximum of nine hours.
2. Last-minute reservations (less than 48 hrs before the requested time slot):
- there is no limit other than what is already on the schedule.
3. For special circumstances that require stretching these limits, please email the lab
(linglab@georgetown.edu) to explain why more time might be needed.
Please check the lab calendar before submitting your request.
