*With Graduate School permission, dissertation defenses may take place over Zoom.
Notes about technology:
Defenses can be scheduled in the Department conference room which has a projector available for power point presentations. Mac users must provide their own VGA cable adapter for the projector.
When it is not possible for all committee members to attend in person, one may participate remotely by skype, google chat, zoom, etc. The student is responsible for establishing the remote connection and any equipment required for it (ex. Extra laptop).
