Friday, October 5 - 4:30-9? - Metro 8 District Honors Orchestra Auditions - East High
Tuesdays, October 16, 23, 30 - Metro 8 District Orchestra Rehearsals 7-9 - East High
Saturday, November 3 - Metro 8 District Orchestra Concert - 5pm Dress rehearsal, 7:15 concert - East High
Tuesday, December 11 - 7pm - Winter Concert
Wednesday, February 27 - all day - Large Group Contest at East High
Saturday, March 9 - all day - District Solo/Ensemble
Wednesday, March 20 - 7pm - District Elementary Concert - Will need a small group of volunteers for a 1-piece performance
Tuesday, April 9 - 7pm - Pops Concert
THURSDAY, April 25 - all day - State Solo/Ensemble - Mizzou
Wednesday, May 15 - 7pm - Spring Concert
Friday, May 17 - 7pm - Orchestra Banquet - Commons
We will continue to use Google Classroom this year. This can be accessed from any internet access point (computer, tablet, smart phone). There is an app for this: Google Classroom. We will be able to share information and do limited playing tests through this - hopefully this will eliminate a few in-office playing tests. (Yahoo!)
