This tool is meant to be a resource full of strategies for teachers interested in reflective, deliberate improvement.  

The techniques and strategies collected here are organized by The Art and Science of Teaching framework for instruction (Marzano, 2007 & 2014).  You have a few options for using this tool.

• Select a Design Question of interest and browse the relevant strategies.

• Search for strategies related to one of the Art and Science elements with the "Search this site" tool (e.g., entering "E6" will yield strategies related to Element 6: What do I do to identify critical information?).
