Private Loans

If you are applying for a private US student loan, we will work with whichever private lender you choose to use, if they work with foreign schools. Please note that we are currently aware of one such lender; which is Sallie Mae. Sallie Mae is not a preferred lender and this does not represent a preferred lender arrangement for ESSEC.

Earnest offers some of the lowest starting interest rates for private student loans and refinancing. 

GlobalEd offers loans to undergraduate and graduate students who study at a US or international university.

Juno offers  study loans to US nationals and permanent residents enrolled in undergraduate, graduate and MBA programs. 

International students with a US co-signer can also apply for a loan through Juno. 

Prodigy Finance offers non European students the possibility to get a student loan, disbursed in USD directly to the School.

Please note that graduate students enrolled in Singapore may also apply. 

In case students enrolled in Singapore have their loan accepted by Prodigy Finance, the loan amount will be disbursed in Euros to ESSEC in Singapore.

The LCL, BNP Paribas and Société Générale banks in CERGY have a partnership agreement with ESSEC whereby the Bank can grant loans to students under certain conditions.

This type of financing is only available to those international students who have a French guarantor with sufficient financial capacity.

Students who have been granted a loan by those banks receive funds commensurate with the length of their academic program. This financing option has a limit of 8 years and can only be obtained once.
