Only those students who benefit from a higher education grant awarded by the French State and managed by CROUS may apply for an ESSEC need-based scholarship.

Upon admission students may be awarded this type of scholarship that will be applied against tuition fees.
French government scholarships
These are provided by the French Department of Foreign Affairs and managed by Campus France. The scholarship covers the cost of living during the school period.
Mobility scholarships
When going abroad for an exchange program or an internship, students may benefit for example from Erasmus scholarships.
ESSEC USA Alumni scholarships
The ESSEC USA Alumni Association grants the "International Leadership Award-Philippe Mathe Fellowship" of 5,000€ for qualified candidates who have an undergraduate degree from a US or Canadian university, or who have significant professional experience in the USA or Canada.
Serge Bellanger French-American MBA Student Scholarship
The Serge Bellanger French-American Scholarship is offered by the French-American Chamber of Commerce to American students interested in pursuing an MBA in France. Worth $10,000, the scholarship is merit based with financial need taken into consideration.
