Missing Student Notification Policy

• Emergency Contacts

When completing your ESSEC registration file, you are asked to provide emergency contacts. These can be used in case of illness or reported absence.

• Absence

Students are authorized two absences. When a student is reported to be absent from class more than twice, ESSEC checks in student residences, calls on professors, classmates and relatives.

In case no contact can be established, the student will be reported as a missing person to the police station near ESSEC by ESSEC Department of Security.
