Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.
Pushing forward with wire actuation design with regards to purchasing and making
Waiting for magnets for other design
Accomplishments from Previous Week
Setup Raspberry Pi and test actuators (Everyone)
Made dxf file for cutting gears for steering mechanism (Ciara)
Ordering things like magnets, electromagnets, and another stepper (Damian)
Eliminated diaphragm design for actuation (Everyone)
Picked a new battery based on wire actuation design (Ciara)
Install OpenCV on RPi (Michael)
Program RPi to run stepper motors (Michael)
Document testing and update website (Michael)
Made contact other groups with RPi (Michael as lead with others)
Did simple calculations of force for magnet actuation and wire actuation (Trevor)
Added remaining parts to CAD for final design (Ciara)
Test capabilities of new motor (Michael and Trevor)

Buy another battery, controller board by end of Monday morning (Damian)
Ask where to buy o-rings and hardware...possibly Marshalls (Trevor)
Buy velcro, o-rings, and hardware like inserts and screws and nuts from the place no later than thursday some point (Ciara)
Buy/Order new RaPi and new RaPi camera (Damian)
CAD stuff not caded like: imu and other sensors (Everyone)
Build complete actuated prototype (Everyone)
Buy the delrin by Monday Night (Damian)
Computer design of machined o-ring seal, delrin gear hole places by Monday (Ciara)
Gasket and o-ring standrad sizes, selection, suppliers, and creation and communicate the sizes needed to Ciara by Tuesday (Trevor)
Printing out and designing test tentacles by Wednesday (Damian)
Machine o-ring seal or get Tom to do that by Tuesday (Trevor)
RaPi coding for main motor (Michael)
Computer design of housing (selecting hardware and sealing techniques) for printing by Wednesday (Ciara)
Put together entire thing on Thursday (Everyone)
RaPi coding for steering motors (MIchael)
Update the Gantt Chart (Trevor)

Going to mainly pursue wire actuation this week to get a prototype
