Conference Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be granted up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference,  less the $25 VCCA membership fee. Cancellations received after 30 days of the start of the conference will not receive a refund. Substitutions are allowed if the original conference attendee is unable to attend. Per VCCS event policy, VCCA will direct bill colleges for attendees that are No-Shows and do not cancel their conference registration and/or lodging room before the 30 day cancellation policy.
