If at all possible, please submit your enrollment forms before August 1st to help us with planning purposes.
The school office is closed shortly after Memorial Day and reopens mid-August. If you submit enrollment forms during June, July & August do not worry if there is no response. In August, we will acknowledge all email submissions.
If you do not hear from us by August 15, please reach out to confirm we have your paperwork.
If you are in our district please download the New Student Enrollment form below, complete it electronically and email it to our office along with at least one of the items below for proof of in district address:
1. Fully signed rental agreement or purchase agreement (buy/sell)
2. Montana driver's license with address matching address on enrollment form.

HOMELESS
If you are homeless and in our district, please complete the enrollment form and contact the school office for details on how to verify your current in district night time address. Please visit this page for additional information for homeless families.
MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS
In addition to the enrollment form, please complete the elective class form below for all new Middle School students (grades 6-8).

The Elysian School Board will review all non-resident student applications after August 1st for approval for the upcoming school year. Please refer to District policy 3141 for additional information on enrollment.

Remember you must reapply each school year by submitting the FP-14.1 Non-Resident Application to nonresident-registration@elysianschool.org. The District will contact you via text or email once in the spring as a reminder to re-register. Deadline for reapplication is May 31st.

If you are caring for a child that is not your own and DO NOT have legal guardianship paperwork through the court system, the educational authorization affidavit is required.
Foster families do not need to complete this affidavit; instead supply a copy of the placement letter with the enrollment forms.

After you turn in your child's registration form, a staff member will contact you sometime before summer break with details about Kindergarten Roundup.
Roundup is a key event where your child will have a quick screening and you will get a chance to meet the teacher.
We may also post a sign-up link for Roundup directly under this section, so please check back here periodically!

Summer Submissions: If possible, please submit all enrollment forms by August 1st.
Communication Preferences: Once we register your child in our Student Information System (PowerSchool), you will receive a prompt to accept our communication preferences via text message.
