~ SURVIVAL ISLAND Stage 3 - T1, 2018

Stage 3 had to study First Contacts history and Survival Island science, integrated with English and Maths learning into a PBL unit. They focused on the arrival of the First Fleet from the perspective of the convict and also the local aboriginal people perspective. Their major project was to build a structure that the first convicts would have built to live in very briefly. Here are some photos from the Gallery Walks held at the conclusion of the unit, where students from other classes had to provide constructive feedback in the form of a 'Two Stars and a Wish" activity.
