BOOK FAIR 2022

Welcome to our PRE-CHRISTMAS BOOK FAIR!

This year we are able to welcome parents and carers to our Library for Book Fair!

KEY DATES

Friday 11 Nov - Thursday 17 Nov: Students to browse Book Fair and write wishlist to take home. Parents may purchase online at home during this time. (See instructions below)

Friday 18 Nov - Thursday 24 Nov: Book Fair OPEN for sales. OPENING TIMES for Parents & Carers 8.30-9am and 3-4pm each day.

Students can purchase 3 ways:

1. Parents pay online (see instructions below) and students return their Wishlist with their receipt number. This will be communicated to the students when they visit the Book Fair. The Infants Office staff will send the Wishlists up to the Library and we will select the books, package them up and send them back down for students to take home.

2. Students can bring money in and 'come shopping' themselves. For Infants students we will arrange to walk them up at lunchtimes in Week 7, Mon-Thur. Usually, parents send in a completed Wishlist and correct cash for this too. OPENING TIMES FOR STUDENTS are 8.30-9am, Recess, Lunchtime and 3-4pm.

3. Parents and carers can this year 'come shopping' themselves and this will happen during OPENING TIMES FOR PARENTS & CARERS are 8.30-9am and 3-4pm.

HOW TO PURCHASE ONLINE AT HOME:

STEP 1: Students browse Book Fair during their Library session in Week 5 or 6. They will complete a Wish List and take a catalogue home.

STEP 2: Decide which books you would like to purchase using our digital catalogue below, complete the Wish List including title and price per book and add up the total cost. 

STEP 3: If paying by credit card, visit https://scholastic.com.au/payment or https://parentpayments.scholastic.com.au/BookFairs  

STEP 4: Choose Book Fair. Select NSW as our state. Search for South Grafton PS.

STEP 5: Complete the details for our school and your name and total payment amount.

STEP 6: Pay online and then write the receipt number on the back of the Wish List.

STEP 7: Student brings Wishlist with receipt number into the Library to collect the books.

STEP 8: Receipt number is checked with Scholastic and books are given. Where possible, we can order books if they have sold out.
