2016 Ice Harbor Scholastic Open Grand River Center & Grand Harbor Resort and Water Park, 500 Bell Street, Dubuque IA 52001. A weekend Scholastic Open Tournament with 8 sections, Friday Night Blitz, Saturday Bughouse and 2 Friends & Family Sections. Over 250 Individual and Team Awards. Chess sets provided. Players should provide chess clocks if available. In 10 Sections Grades K-3 (Open to all players Grade 3 and under): 6SS, G/45;d5, Teams may be of common school or chess club per USCF current regulations.
