Privacy of Information Policy

 

Very simply, Cecala Career Consultants, LLC, does not share your contact information or the names of our clients with anyone. Period.

 

Our Code of Ethics as a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and member of the National Career Development Association prohibits sharing client-specific information with others.

 

We currently have no partnership agreements nor intend to sign any. We do not sell client information. Client contact information may occasionally (usually no more than once per month) be used by Cecala Career Consultants, LLC, to send you marketing or other information pertaining to the services of Cecala Career Consultants, LLC. You may opt out of such communications at any time.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY


Once you have booked an appointment with Cecala Career Consultants, LLC, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Changing appointment times with short notice disrupts our schedule and prevents others from receiving our services.

 

Missed Appointments:

Clients missing an appointment without prior notification are subject to a fee equaling 50% of the service charges for that appointment. No further services will be provided until the fee has been paid.

 

Cancellation/reschedule Fee:

Out of respect for our staff and our other clients and to avoid a cancellation/rebooking fee of $25, we ask that you give us at least 1 business day's notice if you need to cancel an appointment. No further services will be provided until the fee has been paid.

 

Cancellation/Reschedule Process

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at pcecala@cecalacareer.com. A call or text to 862.210.9562 is appreciated, but an email is required, especially if we do not immediately respond to the call or text, to ensure we received your notification.

 

Cancellations made via email to pcecala@cecalacareer.com more than 1 business day before an appointment will be processed without penalty.

 

Please note, we will consider your reason before automatically assessing any penalty. For example, we WANT you to cancel with us for a last-minute job interview, unavoidable business appointment, or if you are truly sick or incapacitated. However, we expect you will make every effort to inform us as soon as possible of these circumstances.
