Cecala Career Consultants is a full-service private career and job coaching enterprise. Our vision is to assist our clients in finding meaningful and enjoyable careers that they are passionate about. We believe everyone should enjoy all aspects of their life which includes loving what they do to earn a living. We firmly subscribe to the concept that if you love what you do, the money will follow. We simply want to help our clients find that love and pursue it unflinchingly. Our client’s success is our success.

Mission Statement

Cecala Career Consultants services can start with identifying one’s passion and follow through the entire work search process to accepting a job offer and maintaining the position. Operating via individual (one-on-one) coaching as well as small group coaching, we provide direction and guidance to our client’s career investigation. We recognize that most job seekers do not follow a professionally researched or thought out methodical process to advance their careers. It is our goal to provide a methodology that strategically moves our client through the development of a career to their success.

Very simply, we do not share your information or the names of our clients with anyone. Period.

Our Code of Ethics as a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and member of the National Career Development Association prohibit sharing client-specific information with others.

We currently have no partnership agreements nor intend to sign any. We do not sell client information. Client contact information may occasionally (usually no more than once per month) be used by Cecala Career Consultants to send you marketing or other information pertaining to the services of Cecala Career Consultants. You may opt out of such communications at any time.
