Mrs. Triplett

I am so excited to be at SCHS as the Transition Advisor for Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute (CCC&TI). I have worked for CCC&TI for 16 years and have a Bachelor of Social Work from Mars Hill College. Before becoming the Transition Advisor, I worked for many years with TRIO/ETS at CCC&TI helping students prepare for and enroll in college.

As the Transition Advisor, I have 2 main roles:

• I help Seniors navigate the college process who are planning to go to CCC&TI or other community colleges. Seniors, if this is your plan, please see me soon so we can begin this process.
• I help any SCHS student who would like to take college classes while in high school, either classes offered at SCHS or classes offered at CCC&TI's campus. The program is called Career and College Promise and classes are tuition-free!
