Treasurer's Reports

The PTO Board is financially responsible for all funds raised by the PTO, which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We raise funds through dedicated fund raising efforts, such as the Direct Donation Campaign, as well as through various activities such as the After School Clubs Program and Bake Sale.

The PTO Budget is set at the first meeting of the year. The budget estimates income based on previous years. We then allocate funds to provide materials and support to the school. In the past our primary contributions have been to the staff, for charter buses for various field trips, assemblies, staff appreciation, and special requests.
