Funds raised by the PTO are used for classroom supplies and materials, field trips, assemblies, speakers, technology and staff appreciation, to list a few of its major expenditures.
The Broadus Wood PTO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Direct donations to the PTO are tax deductible to the extent allowed under federal law.
