Rewards Cards

As everyone knows, there never seems to be enough money in the budget for what we would all like to see in our school. There are always more books, materials, and field trips than money to spend. But did you also know that there is a really easy way to help get "free" money that Broadus Wood can use to purchase additional materials for our classrooms, Library, for Phys. Ed equipment, Art, and Music supplies?!

How you ask? By simply using your reward cards when you grocery shop! Harris Teeter, Kroger, Giant, Food Lion and Target all have programs that help Broadus Wood and our kids earn money or equipment each time their cards are used.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO REGISTER YOUR CARDS WITH EACH STORE SO BROADUS WOOD GETS CREDIT EACH TIME YOU SHOP (even if you did so last year)! It's easy to do - here's how:

• • For Harris Teeter's "Together in Education" Program, simply go to this URL and complete the online form. Our school ID is 5733. You will need to have you VIC card handy or know the number. If you prefer to do it at their service desk, they will be happy to help you.

  • For Giant Food Stores go to this URL to start the process. You will need your loyalty card number and our school code which is 02389.

  • Also remember that you can register your Target card to Broadus Wood so we earn money whenever you use your Target credit card!

And finally, remember to ask any friends or relatives who may not have kids in school to consider adopting Broadus Wood as their school when they shop. Even if they don't live in the area! This is a national program so, for instance, Harris Teeter shoppers in North Carolina can choose Broadus Wood as their school of choice tied to their VIC card. Every little bit helps.
