Tuesday - Thursday - Friday - 8.15 ~ 8.30
Students should report to Form Time on the days they do not have assembly, unless they are one of the Student Support Prefects, who will be away for two days of the week. Important tasks to be covered during this time include:
Conveying relevant information from the notices
Form Class Activities as coordinated by Deans
Checking attendance handing in notes, and updating coding in KAMAR where necessary

ATTENDANCE - Being at school, being in class, being in form time, being in assembly and being in study when required. Attendance in class and at each of the above is recorded each period.
A minimum of 90% attendance including justified absence across the year must be achieved to graduate. The minimum requirement of 85% present in class time must also be met. (Ongoing and documented medical issues or school / regional representation in sporting or cultural activities may be taken into account).
Any absence must be followed up with a note to the Form Teacher, or to the Dean who will re-code the absence as appropriate.
A fortnightly attendance report will be e-mailed to students and parents and, all attendance entries will be accessible by logging into the Parent Portal.
Here you will find absences marked as Justified or Unjustified. These are based on Ministry of Education rules. Examples are given on the Fortnightly Attendance Report.
Your Fortnightly Report will include an update on your current attendance rate.
In order to be in the best possible position to maximise your learning and achievement and to allow you the opportunity to graduate, remember the following:
Follow up any absence with your Form Teacher to make sure absences are coded correctly
Check the parent portal regularly to make sure your teachers have entered attendance rolls
Go to all of your classes and be on time
BLUE + GREEN must be higher than 90%
BLUE by itself must be higher than 85%
