Office Loan and Mortgage Administrator Certification (OfficeLAMA-C)

Prerequisite: Must have successfully completed or be currently enrolled in a LAMA-C program.

- this is a 16 month co-operative education program.

- Level 1 - 10 - months

- Level 2 - 4 months

Outcome: In addition to the mortgage underwriting knowledge you have gained as a LAMA, you will be able to integrate underwriting operations with client communication and reconcile process interactions between both underwriting and client communication systems. These include: Minimum step, next step, consequential step and related activities.
