Prerequisite: ExLAMA designation or equivalency.

- this is a rigorous 3 year advanced program and available to elite individuals who have proven themselves in the industry for their ability, dedication and longevity.

- Level 1 - 12 months - mortgage origination, how to manage licensed professionals

- Level 2 - 12 months - integration of mortgage origination, underwriting and business development operations.

- Level 3 - 12 months - accounting, financial statements, cashflow management, profit/loss/break-even

- Level 4 - 12 months - reporting to investors, lenders, auditors and stakeholders

Outcome: In addition to the core academic and business skills you will acquire; you will learn how to train and manage licensed mortgage brokers. You will also understand how business development, mortgage origination, and underwriting integrate with one another. Additionally, you will learn the reporting and accounting systems of a real estate finance company.
