Licensed Professionals: Mortgage Broker Originator & Retail Client Advisory (LAgent-C)

Prerequisite: License to practice as a retail mortgage broker, sub-broker, agent, adviser or related professional, within the available jurisdictions that IIREF course material will cover.

- this is a 2 year introduction to retail mortgage brokering internship program

- Level 1 - 24 months of on-the-job training in the subject of mortgage origination and retail client advisory.

Outcome: In addition to the core academic and business skills you will acquire; you will learn to originate real estate finance transactions, namely mortgages from a retail perspective. You will also develop invaluable skills in planning, marketing, sales and reporting. Additionally, you will learn about retail client interaction using a question/answer/solutions-based approach to solving retail client requirements.
