Junior Loan and Mortgage Administrator Trainee (JLT)

Prerequisite: Desire to learn, earn and achieve success in all aspects of life to the best of your ability.

- this is a 2 year introductory internship program

- Level 1 - 24 months of on-the-job training in the subject of mortgage underwriting

Outcome: In addition to the core academic and business skills you will acquire; you will learn and work within various parts of the 5 components of the real estate finance industry. Within the 24 month internship, you will know if the real estate finance industry is a good career fit for you.
